Message	There was a bushing stuck at the bottom of one the harness connectors that prevented a solid connection in the proper configuration leading me to believe I had the wrong setup. Either way I'm back to normal boost. Thanks for the help everybody. We should probably amend our docs to reflect this potential problem.
